A CTC departure can be a completed county sentence or another authorized release event. It can also lead into electronic monitoring, probation, community control, or another legal phase. Confirm Community Transition Center Release

A name search should include historical results by clearing Search Only Inmates in Jail. Select the correct booking and compare the identity, admission date, facility, charges, and case number.

Community Transition Center Custody

Community Transition Center is a JSO county sentence, work-furlough, and treatment facility. It houses sentenced men and women in Work Furlough, Matrix House, and inmate-worker roles. The transition-oriented setting does not erase custody status. A resident remains in the county corrections system until JSO records an authorized release.

The court record serves a different role. CORE can explain a county sentence, time-served credit, probation order, or violation event, but it does not supply the physical minute CTC completed release. Use the agency record for that event.

After a CTC Duval Release

Physical release can start another legal phase. FDC's supervised-population search applies when state felony supervision exists. Duval misdemeanor probation follows the local provider and court record. A person ordered to JSO electronic monitoring must follow the specific order and Electronic Monitoring Unit instructions. Not every CTC release carries those conditions.

JSO's Jacksonville Re-Entry Center is a local service hub rather than a detention facility or status source.
